Officers

President - Daniel C. Ellison

Duties: The President is the chief executive officer of this club, presides at all meetings of the board of directors and this club, issues the call for regular meetings and special meetings of the board of directors and the club, appoints the standing and special committees of this club and cooperate with chairpersons to effect regular functioning and reporting of such committees

1st Vice-President - Doug Diefenthal

Duties: If the president is unable to perform the duties of his/her office for any reason, the vice president next in rank shall occupy his/her position and perform his/her duties with the same authority as the president.

2nd Vice-President - Daniel J. Bruno

Duties: If the president is unable to perform the duties of his/her office for any reason, the vice president next in rank shall occupy his/her position and perform his/her duties with the same authority as the president.

Treasurer - Rich Leabru

Duties: The Treasurer is responsible for all monies received and disbursements made at the direction of the board. The treasurer is also responsible for keeping records of all transactions.

Secretary - Lucy Danner

Duties: The Secretary shall be under the supervision and direction of the president and the board of directors and shall act as the liaison officer between the club and the district (single or sub-and multiple) in which this club is located, and the association.

Directors: Nicholas Buriegi, Anthony De Grado, Maryann Grygiel, and Elaine Mehilos

Duties: The Director is a member of the Executive Board of the Roselle Lions, which is responsible for the execution of all policies approved by the Club.

Tail Twister - Brian McDougall

Duties: The Tail Twister shall promote harmony, good fellowship, life and enthusiasm in the meetings through appropriate stunts and games and the judicious imposition of fines on club members.

Lion Tamer - Marc Hoarle

Duties: The Lion tamer shall have charge of and be responsible for the property and paraphernalia of the club, including flags, banners, gong and gavel.

Club Membership Chairperson - Robert M Jilke Sr.

Duties: The Club Membership Chairperson assists the club with membership growth. Growth is achieved through new member recruitment and membership satisfaction, which results in members staying and serving longer with their club.
